AlgoriX 2022 Wrap-up: Accomplishments in Market Transparency, Customer Success, & Product Innovation

As the year comes to a close, it’s the perfect time to look back on the strides we’ve made to deliver better products and services to our partners and reveal a sneak peek of our plans for 2023. For the AlgoriX team, 2022 has been a year of silver linings. Despite the less than optimistic outlook of the global economy and continuing challenges brought by the pandemic, we’ve carved out wins where possible and bagged some exciting accomplishments.

Celebrating Our Wins

Below are our proudest achievements this year:

1. Maintaining revenue growth and product competitiveness in an ever-changing market

With new emerging channels, shifting economic and social landscapes, and stricter regulations, it’s imperative for any ad tech company to be on the pulse of industry changes to maintain an advantage and stay relevant. This year, despite overall signs pointing towards a recession, we maintained a steady year on year revenue growth and high customer retention. We also witnessed a 40% growth in ad requests in our adexchange with a new list of publishers being onboarded and scaling from our existing publishers.

A contributing factor to our growth is the tremendous effort we’ve placed in ensuring the competitiveness of our products. This includes developing new data solutions to address the imminent blocking of third-party cookies, expanding our existing advertising and monetization offerings, and updating our privacy policy to reflect changes in various local regulations. By ceaselessly innovating and implementing industry best practices, we aim to provide fresh revenue-generating opportunities and better performing campaigns to our publishers and advertisers.

2. Fulfilling our commitment to maintain a clean & transparent marketplace

Since our inception, we’ve endeavored to contribute to the industry-wide effort to combat fraud while improving measurement and attribution. This year, we’ve further ramped up our efforts and received IAB Tech Lab’s Open Measurement SDK compliance certification. IAB Tech Lab’s OM SDK simplifies mobile in-app and web advertising by providing a unified tool for third-party viewability and verification measurement. With AlgoriX being recognized as one of the compliant companies, our partner publishers can not only minimize integration and maintenance efforts but also enjoy an increase in revenues by gaining access to more premium demand sources, which often require OM measurement. Meanwhile, our partner advertisers can measure campaign performance in a more accurate, transparent, and efficient manner, thus ensuring they’re reaching genuine users through their campaigns.

3. Consistently delivering customer success

Our customers have always been at the center of our business operations, because we firmly believe their success is ours too. With this belief in mind, we heavily invested in our client services team establishing local operations in Asia, the United States, and Europe, while maintaining a global mindset. As a result, we were able to retain almost 100% of our clients this year.

Last month, we also had the honor of receiving the award for Best Client Services Team at ExchangeWire’s The Wires Awards 2022 ceremony in London. More than the shiny trophy and the fancy title, what makes this award most meaningful is having the effort we put into delivering excellent service recognized by peers in the industry. It’s also a testament to the trust our clients have in our team’s ability. In the future, we’ll continue to strive for excellence.

Our Promise for 2023

Although we’ve made advancements in various aspects of our business, our work doesn’t end here. Next year, we’ll continue investing in both talent and technology to build upon our existing products and services. From ensuring that we’re up to date on the latest policies and standards set by the industry to exploring new programmatic channels, we promise to serve as your ever reliable guide while we navigate next year’s ad tech landscape.

Last but not the least, we’d like to thank all our partners and clients for the support and trust they’ve shown us this year. Without them, 2022 wouldn’t be as amazing and the prospect of 2023 won’t be as exciting!
